    You know the boring game of waiting someone out. The pros are pretty clear, cons would be that this is deck depended (more helpful for cheap cycle decks, not so much for golem/egiant) and most people would just go ice spirit bridge first play to cash it in. However, I doubt it would be game breaking. The waiting game is just so boring.

    This isn't a big idea and I don't mind if this gets downvoted or removed. Just a small thing that could be tested in a challenge or smth

    I hate it so much. Whenever it's on the Party Mode I scream. It just becomes who can place the most giant skeletons the fastest. I hate it and I wish it never came back.

    I really like draft battles though. Those are a lot of fun.

    Ideas to revive Clash Royale

    Free season rewards

    The current free rewards are pretty lame, so maybe add a few different ones throughout the tiers. An epic chest, 2k gold every once in a while, maybe even a magical chest to spice things up. Also, adding a "mini bonus bank" (aprox. 3000 gold) would greatly improve the free to play user experience, as we will have an objective to aim for at the end of the season.

    Clan wars

    While being the best way to earn gold in the game, it really isn't user friendly, so adding a level cap for each league (level 12 for legendary) could make many matches more fair and help players get the gold they need to max their cards for ladder.

    Bring back Quests

    We had the Epic Quests Update and that improved progression by a lot for f2p players! With the additiom of CW2, we lost that amazing feature that motivated people to enter the game every day and play many different cards. The game needs a way to keep people playong it and removing quests was a really bad idea.

    Classic and Grand Challenges

    CCs just aren't worth our time, as the rewards are minimal and chances of getting a legendary are insignificant (maybe increase prizes a bit or do like special challenges and give us prizes as we progress through a CC). I know they are mostly used for practicing decks, but even 10 gems seems a bit too much for practice. We can't forget to mention GCs and how they are nearly impossible for casual players since the few people even attempt them are usually pros. We need some way to get a free GC every week, it would be an amazing way to increase the player pool (also, reducing the cost would help a lot).

    Any constructive feedback would be nice!

    Fairness

    How come littlechen and other pro players get an unban knowing that the TOS said that bans are final and non negotiable but when it comes to semipro and casual players get and stay ban like how is that fair. Clearly supercell is playing favorites when it comes to the bans and not being fair to everyone and sticking by their TOS the reason why for this post is because what's going on Twitter with drew

    How do I defend against the Mega-Knight????

    So I just came back to this game out of boredom after about a 3-4 year hiatus. I'm at challenger one and I'm having fun, but the only problem is the fucking mega knight. This card is so incredibly OP and I have absolutely no idea how to defend against it. Every time it drops down, no matter what place to counter it, it does a minimum of 700 damage to my towers. I've tried barbarians (doesn't even get it down to half health), giant skeletons, (works like 20% of the time), and pretty much everything else. Wtf am I supposed to do????

    Do you guys think card levels overpower skill?

    I'm a level 12 (close to 13) I've been playing this game for years and I don't have a single maxed deck (because I HATE playing the same deck for more than a season) so all of my cards are at least level 11-12 with 2 max cards but getting to the point. Do you guys really think that skill doesn't matter when there's a card level difference? Ex: You can beat anyone in classic challenges or GC or the Level 9 tournaments but when it comes to ladder your cards are underleveled and you lose constantly because that one level 13 balloon survived with a sliver of health.

    If you could take out 5 cards to improve clash Royale what would they be? For example let's say furnace elixer golem fireball arrows and rocket. Note I'm not saying that these are the 5 best cards to take out it's an example. Without as much aoe spam you could build up more substantial armies which may lead to a more complex game. Elixer golem is just a game changer I don't know if I like it or not I haven't tried it boosted to my king level yet. This is just an example of something you might try to make a better meta and invite discussion. What 5 ( or 10) cards would you say could be taken out and actually improve the quality of the game, rather than make it less diverse?

    Literally the best 7x Elixir deck ever. Graveyard, mirror, and freeze the king tower while stacking fire crackers and princesses. The tank cards are self explanatory.

    As a level 10, the matchmaking update has completely ruined clan wars and it's no surprise that CR just hit an all-time low player count.

    I've played the game on multiple accounts for quite a while now, and consider myself to be pretty good. I have a level 10 account where I can barely even scrape 32 level 9 cards together for clan wars. But game after game, every single day, I'm matched up against level 10 and 11 players with multiple maxed cards and quite a few level 12s. When your opponent's cards are an average of almost 3 levels higher than yours, that's a 60% difference in strength. I have to completely outplay my opponent every second of the game, which is not fun or rewarding, and even wins are brutal for any motivation I may have had. Simply put, it is neither fun nor rewarding to play every game with a massive disadvantage. CR's decline certainly can't be blamed on the recent matchmaking changes, but matchmaking went from bad to borderline unplayable, especially when playing war battles is such a large part of the game and winning them is a huge factor of progression. Clash Royale has so much going for it, but the game as it is now is legitimately a horrible experience for so many players, for no reason other than Supercell wanting to pull in a few more pass royale dollars from those who love the game and want to stick with it. There is no reason why we should not have fair matchups based on card levels and king tower levels, every single time. No reason. This is something that should have been implemented since day 1. There are any number of fixes that an average player can and will support, which this sub has made a lot of good suggestions for, but something clearly needs to be done. I'm supposed to provide a solution according to the rules of the sub, so here's a few that could instantly make CWII better:

    1. Only allow games between players of similar king tower/card levels. This is, in my opinion, the first and only absolute priority.

    2+. Level caps for different leagues, remove max trophies as a matchmaking criteria, etc.

    Tl;dr: fix matchmaking before the game dies, for the love of God

    So.. does this mean putting a troop on the left side of the arena guarantee it going to the left (and vice versa), or are there any specific conditions that need to be met for it to happen?
