    This is for you. I watched around 10 matches in TV Royale from Arena 12-Low Arena 13, and I just wanted to say:

    Bring damaging spells

    Damaging spells are super important. They deal damage to cards that are on the opponent's side and they specially deal damage to towers. That's why you lost with their tower being 14 HP, Francisxo29. Also, Mirror/Clone/Rage aren't damaging spells so that's another reason why you lost, Francisxo29. (also why the hell did you clone 4 skeletons that wouldn't connect to the tower please answer Francisco please)

    DO NOT earthquake air troops

    It's in the name, EARTHquake. It's not an airquake, it's an earthquake. You don't need to be a pro player to know that earthquakes do not affect air stuff, in real life even. I'm 100% sure that birds are fine when an earthquake happens, at least if they're flying. If you have a balloon coming, B-Ruh, use the musketeer you had. I know it's 4 elixir, but it would be a waaay better option that an earthquake. You just wasted 3 elixir.

    Play your spells BETTER

    Sarah, let me tell you something. I know, Princess is annoying, but you don't have to poison the King Tower just so you can kill her. She's destroying your entire push of Bandit and Skeleton Army, I get it, but wait until she gets out of the way of the King Tower and then poison her! Also, make sure to poison the tower too.

    What the actual hell are these decks

    E-Golem, Goblin Giant, Rocket, Earthquake, Musketeer, Mirror, Electro Giant, Sparky. This is the deck B-Ruh used. Let me tell you something, there's 2 cards in this deck that target only buildings (Goblin Giant is an exception because of the Spear Goblins but... the card itself only targets buildings), there's literally no synergy, the average elixir cost is 4.7 without an Elixir Collector (and the mirror makes things worse), there's no cheap cards or any versatility. What the hell? No wonder why you lost, and it's not only because you EARTHquaked a balloon... gosh dang it.

    Don't play cards as soon as you have elixir

    Your Hog Rider Skeleton Army Clone push isn't going to do anything, specially because you know he has The Log and Tesla. Now you are at 3 elixir and he drops a Lumberjack Balloon push. Good luck defending that with a Goblin Barrel, or maybe an Ice Golem... might block the Lumberjack but I think the Balloon doesn't care about the Ice Golem one bit.

    Don't defend when you don't need to

    Are you doing a touchless challenge like B-Rad did, Brunow? Because you just zapped 4 bats that weren't going to touch the tower anyway. Sometimes the best option is to not defend, like the great tip Clash Royale gives when you load up the game or you load up a battle.

    Place your buildings right

    What the hell was that Tesla placement, los maus? Behind the tower? Are you trying to protect what, a Goblin Barrel? Not the best option, since you have The Log and it's just 2 elixir. And what the hell was that Bomb Tower, Jimmy wer? I know you're trying to destroy his Sparky, but don't place it right on the bridge. Wait until the Princess Tower is in range so you can kill her! And don't defend a Sparky with a Bomb Tower, use your Guards instead!

    Tesla has a special ability

    When no troops are around the Tesla'a range, it goes underground and is immune to any kinda of damaging spells. So, please, don't arrows it. Just on that topic, don't arrows buildings that are basically at full health!

    I can't even explain this one

    Princess at the pocket? Her tower isn't even at low HP, it was around 2000! You're not even supporting the Princess with anything too! What are you doing?

    Rage doesn't stack

    Your mirrored Rage isn't going to do anything. It's not going to double boost your troops. I wish. No I don't.

    Do not play lone cards without any synergy

    I know, sometimes a lone Hog Rider does damage to the Tower. I'm not talking about those. I'm talking about playing a Witch at the bridge without anything in front or behind her. What is that gonna do? Obviously they will at least have something. Heck, even Skeleton Army defeats her! Also, playing Witch at the bridge will make the Princess Tower lock onto the Witch and not the skeletons because the Witch didn't have enough time to spawn them, so play her in the back and build a push, to at least give more damage than 0.

    I know these are very specific, but I just wanted to say this. I lost braincells after seeing some of these replays. Gosh.

    Golem players

    Serious question, not being toxic, just a genuine question. Is it actually fun playing the standard lightning golem deck? Like you are basically dropping a night witch a golem and then lightning the building. Over and over and over again. You spend 90% of your game watch your troops rather than placing troops. Is it the easy/simplicity of the deck that makes it fun for you?

    Before I start I just want to say that I've played the game since release, but about a year ago I stopped playing it completely after a year of on and off playing. I came back to the game recently and I'm all the way back in contender. (I'm level 13 btw) Every match I'm in I go against level 8s or 9s. Are you kidding me. This is the same reason why I stopped playing the game. When I started it was extremely difficult to get into the legendary arena and it felt special to get there at level 11. The small trophy loss is the fist issue. Loosing does not matter as much when it only takes away half a win. These low level players benefit from this and can gain lots of trophies fast. On top of this legendary cards like the mega knight are very easy to "over level." (Card level being higher than player level)

    Simple: I lost enjoyment in the game because it is not as challenging as it used to be.

    As someone who has played for over five years, I have never seen a meta as horrible to play in as the current state of the game. The game has become so RPS at higher levels, and every deck is the same at lower levels. The lack of development and interest the team has shown is disheartening. I think the best thing for the game at this point is to just pull the plug. End the misery for all of us and just delete it from the App Store. Quit pretending that you're going to make changes, quit pretending that you have plans. The team has shown over the past two years they don't have a clue. Everyone on the subreddit has ideas all the time, but I think the best plan is to just end the game. Fire the team and put what small resources you had set aside for this game for others where the dev team cares. Obviously this is slightly sarcastic, but if they don't do something soon it's the only option left.

    Proposal to Change Clan Wars to a ‘Global Tournament’ Style 1v1 Game Mode

    An enormous amount of criticism has been leveled at Clan Wars 2, from the way it forces a Clan to participate daily to how players with underleveled cards are at an disadvantage, but I would contend these criticisms, for which there are many, miss the underlying reason for why Clan Wars 2 will continue to fail the Clash Royale community, despite Supercell's best intention to improve it in the future.

    With its 'Boat Base' war design, Clan Wars 2 diverges 100% from the core 1v1 real-time gameplay that players spend hours honing skills and improving decks around. Established players will find the 'Boat Base' wars tedious at best, consisting of spamming cards at the bridge against an 'opponent' that is really just a simple computer AI rather than an actual player. The emotional payoff is meager: expect the same outcome for each boat battle with no replay worthy of sharing and no exploit to boast about on the Clan board. Lacking any unifying connection to the App's core gameplay and skillset, and devoid of enjoyment, Clan Wars 2 is the dog food Supercell forces every player to consume on a daily basis and serves as another barrier for new players requiring them to learn a different "game within a game".

    Clash Royal seems to have been influenced by Clash of Clan's (CoC) asynchronous war gameplay design (all players attack opponent's bases at different times) when it moved from its real-time head-to-head gameplay to its new 'Boat Base' war design. In CoC wars, you implement all aspects of your war base, from the strategic placement of walls and buildings, to hidden traps and defensive troop placement, and its war design has been successful, among other reasons, because it was faithfully built on the core aspect of its own gameplay in a way that feels authentic to anyone that's played that game. When Clash Royale implemented elements of CoC asynchronous war base design, it did so in opposition to the core real-time 1v1 gameplay that made Clash Royal successful in the first place.

    Why is the 1v1 Battle mode Important to Clan Wars?

    Clash Royale relies on the 1v1 battle mode for most every important aspect of the game. The App's 1v1 battle mode is used for Ladder and Supercell has built an entire Esports industry around it, and the game in turn is supported by YouTube content creators who focus on the latest cards and game adjustment that affect 1v1 battles. Shouldn't Clan Wars represent what's best in Clash Royale and feel authentic to its core gameplay?

    Use 'Global Tournament' 1v1 Battle Mode for Clan Wars 3

    The monthly 'Global Tournament' could be an ideal 'vehicle' to quickly transition Clan Wars back to a game mode that best aligns with the core gameplay of the App. A newly designed 'Global Tournament' war could group Clans into leagues and each war would consist of 5 Clans, similar to Clan Wars 1. But, during War Week (or whatever war duration works best) each player tries to win as many war games as possible until they've lost 5 times, such as with monthly 'Global Tournaments'. Then, the Clan that amasses the greatest number of wins takes first on down to fifth place and 'most crowns' (towers destroyed) could be used as a tiebreaker. The new Clan War tab in the App could use the current 'Global Tournament' design by ranking players from the 5 clans based on games won and show how many losses they currently have, and at the top show the time left in war and the ranking of the clans and number of losses each Clan still has left, and so on.

    The benefit of having a war mode that includes a 'play until you lose' aspect is that there would be some very exciting Clan War finishes, where one or more players go on hot streaks and each Clan roots for their players down to the very last minutes of the war—just like in CoC. This is the kind of war experience that new players can easily grasp and where skilled players are in hot demand. War rewards for the clan could be similar to how a 'Global Tournament' unlocks a series of rewards based on total number of wins and have monthly league rewards as well. Sure, some players might think using a 'Global Tournament' is a cop out for a war design because it's not some shiny new game mode, and Supercell might view it as an admissions of complete failure, but I believe that under a simplified 'Global Tournament' war design, players would be excited for their Clan's next war and Clan Wars will once again have meaning. Even if a 'Global Tournament' war design isn't a solution in the future, the current 'Battle Boat' war is structurally flawed and in opposition to the best elements of the game, and will continue to drag the community aspect of the App further down.
