    Topic: Ways to Add More Depth and Communication into Clan Wars

    It is without a doubt that Clan Wars was a massive addition into Clash Royale, giving casual and competitive alike the opportunity to plan their attacks and win against their rivals. It was an exciting addition back in 2018 that continues to incentivize clashers from across the world to rise their clan to the top! However, much can be done to make Clan Wars even more grandiose. The intention of this post is to create new ideas that could be revitalizing integrations into the current clan war system and ultimately benefit Clash Royale for the long term.

    Here are some issues that are commonly acknowledged by the community:

    • Stale and Repetitive
    • Poor/Unfair Matchmaking
      • Huge discrepancy between newer and older players
    • Mandatory 3 prep battles in gimmicky gamemodes is offputting to many
      • Inability/Forgetting to use all 3 puts the clan in quite a disadvantage
    • Tough to attain/upgrade desired cards to war level
    • Doesn't feel as rewarding or important as it should be

    • What is your rework to Clan Wars?
      • Would you consider adding a new integration into the system?
        • How would it make Clan Wars more dynamic and compelling to partake in?
      • How does it address the flaws in the current Clan War system?

      • How would it compell more players to participate in war?
        • Would there be better rewards to incentivize players to continue participating?
      • How would it contribute to the long-term success of Clash Royale?

    I know its not exactly an OP card. But it is absolutely annoying and overused in mid ladder.

    If you use fireball its still a lot of damage taken. What is even worse is how "auto-play" this card is. You simply place it down in the middle for it to both defend and attack. Thats it. Then you cycle back to it, place it again, rinse and repeat. Timing isn't even much of a factor while playing it because of how fast the first wave comes down.

    The Strength and Viability of Elixir Golem in the Current Meta

    "Splits into two Elixir Golemites when destroyed, which split into two sentient Blobs when defeated. A Blob gives your opponent 1 Elixir when destroyed!"

    Since there are many controversial cards that are always mentioned/ discussed about here I'd like to make a centralized hub where the community can talk about an individual card. Today's spotlight will be on Elixir Golem! Originating from an asteroid filled with Elixir and arising on a full moon, it is safe to say that this beast has certainly made an impact in the arena! The intention of this post is to create centralized discussion regarding the current state of Elixir Golem, whether it needs to be changed, and the current best decks/synergies with it.

    • On 4/11/19, a Balance Update decreased the hitpoints of all of Elixir Golem's forms by 10%. It also moved the Arena to unlock the Elixir Golem from Spooky Town (Arena 12) to Electro Valley (Arena 11).
    • On 2/12/19, a Balance Update normalized the hit speed of all Elixir Golem forms to 1.3 seconds. Being beneficial to the Golem and Golemites, but hurting the blob damage per second significantly.
    • On 7/1/20, a Balance Update reduced the hitpoints of all Elixir Golem forms by 6%.
