- This is how they abuse matchmaking system. Place a few level 1 cards with only 1-2 12/13 levels cards and u will paired with average 6-10 cards.

- If a Hog is the red arrow. Nado on the black dot. Border of the spell is 2 tiles from the bridge. It nados to king with no damage on princess, no matter why they place the hog. I keep seeing people using different nado positions.

- This is a Dark Prince trick I like to use whenever I get the opportunity. (Game ended in AFK, I know) Obviously you can use this with other cards on either sides of bridge as well!

It's almost as if the format is intended to drive occasional or casual players out of clans and away from the game altogether. Please fix it. Our clan is casual, with some adult semi-competitive players and their families, including some kids who aren't allowed to play every day. The new clan wars have created friction between casual and competitive players, demoralized most of our members, and caused long-time players to quit the game altogether, or give up on war participation. The boot prize is insulting and demoralizing. There is very little difference in reward between success and failure, but daily participation by all members is essential to completing the river race - let along winning it. Only the most competitive of clans will enjoy this war system. The bigger problem is that it will almost certainly drive some players away from the game permanently. [link] [comments] | ||
A fair fix to "your teammate has left the match" Posted: 25 Oct 2020 02:25 PM PDT I really think they should add a feature that gives you double the elixer if and whenever your teamate leaves the match. if you're in a 2v2 then, then the moment your teamate leaves you are powerless. Heres my thoughts on the game as a 4.5 year "tryhard" Posted: 25 Oct 2020 09:16 PM PDT As title states, im not pro but im also not dogshit at the game. Anyways, ive come to terms with the fact the game is stale after trying to convince myself its not and that it IS fun i just need to find it again, but now with drew announcing a possible gy nerf (which has been my main deck for almost 3 years now) ive had to rethink if i want to continue playing anymore. On one hand i feel itll be good for it to be slightly nerfed, maybe 1 or 2 less skeletons. But knowing supercell and their past on nerfing certain decks, i feel theyre going to kill graveyard unless they only nerf support cards, and heres why Graveyard, while strong, is not the problem card, the card itself is fine and does not need a nerf, the issue is once again, the support cards that supercell kept buffing over and over because they cant properly nerf other cards so instead they buff everything thats not under 1% use rate bc "fuck them", basically. But on a serious note we can see they've buffed knight, barb hut, tornado(imo was a buff), barb barrel, fisherman and hunter. Those cards are the issue in the meta and when you throw most of them into a deck with gy the defense is almost unbreakable. My proposed nerfs to these cards are something i said in a comment but ill list them again Barb hut: reduce lifetime from 50 seconds to 45 or reduce its hp by 10% or so, basically enough to wipe out 1 more wave so it doesnt get as much value and stacking many huts will be harder. Fisherman: remove hooking slowdown he applies to troop. Not sure why this even exists but like, didnt they say they only want slowdown to be applied to ice/freeze cards? Knight: -5% hp, basically reverting that buff they gave him a while back While yes, these changes could shake the meta entirely i want to buff alternatives too. Valk: hit speed 1.5 --> 1.4 or just give her a bit more damage to make her useful against cards again, i forget why she fell off but i miss playing valk tombstone: 3 --> 4 skeletons upon death like it used to be. My reasoning for this would be because before bomb tower and all those fancy cards came to be good tombstone was used quite a lot and now its a shadow of its former self, i feel if it had the 4 death spawn again it would actually be useful again and Maybe be a viable alternative to some buildings we currently have (gob cage, tesla or bomb tower) lumberjack: .8 hitspeed to .7, please just bring him back to how he was meant to be:( thats all i can think of right now. I just hope supercell can read this as a long time gy player and hope they realize as soon as they nerf gy theyre gonna see use rates and win rates not change and think, oh good heavens! Gy wasnt the issue! It was the support troops, then they nerf the support cards leaving gy as a dead archetype. [link] [comments] |
